New Features

Company Procedure Manual
Create and maintain a centralized company procedure manual with built-in editing, revision control, and management tools. Articles can reference Quickfire features such as renewal timelines and support embedded videos, images, and links. Staff can submit suggested changes, which administrators can review and approve or reject. All articles include full revision history and audit logging.

Improved Upload Bins
Upload trays have been redesigned and standardized across the application. They are now the consistent way to attach files throughout the UI. New tray sizes support modal dialogs when inline context buttons are too constrained.

Improved Submissions Manager
Attachments can now be added at the individual submission level using the updated upload trays. Submission attachments can be assigned directly as proposal quotes via the context menu for use with Proposler.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the user created during installation was not added to the demo-data database due to password requirement validation.

  • Improved state refresh behavior on fresh installs so newly added clients or carriers immediately appear in dropdowns and search results.

  • Fixed .msg email files opening in the browser instead of Outlook.

  • Resolved an issue where the BlastMail section failed to load when billing or API configuration was incomplete.

  • Cleaned up the Paylinks creator, including support for custom email addresses, allowing fully manual paylink creation without relying on existing client records.

  • Fixed DocuSign templates not populating policy type fields.

  • Corrected console logging so the Advanced Profile tab respects the active log level across the application.

  • Fixed the DocuSign download button on the homepage component.

  • Resolved an issue where the thumbnail generator produced incorrect previews for landscape-oriented attachments such as loss runs.

  • The initial configuration screen for the Desktop (Quickfire Free) installer now detects an existing SQLite database and asks if you want to overwrite it
