Introduction

This early access release is a stable preview of the current Quickfire Desktop and Quickfire Pro builds.

Quickfire uses the same core models, architecture, and framework as Openfire (Quickfire’s open-source project), with the addition of proprietary plugins and features pre-installed and ready to use. This allows us to move fast while keeping the foundation transparent and extensible.

Because this is an early access release, you may encounter incomplete features, rough edges, or unexpected behavior. That said, this build is actively used in real workflows and is considered safe for day-to-day evaluation.

Recommended System Configuration

  • Disk Space: 1 GB (application + light local file storage)

  • RAM: 8 GB

  • OS: Windows 11 (Windows 10 22H2 supported, but not recommended)

  • CPU:

    • Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer)

    • AMD Ryzen 5 (3000 series or newer)

For best performance, SSD storage is strongly recommended. NVMe preferred.

Minimum System Requirements

  • Disk Space: 750 MB

  • RAM: 4 GB

  • OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)

  • CPU:

    • Intel Core i3

    • AMD Ryzen 3

Quickfire will run on the minimum spec, but background agents, AI features, and larger datasets may feel constrained.

Custom Payment Links

  • Build custom payment links directly from the Client screen

Attachments

  • Lightning-fast browser for a client’s Epic attachments

DocuSign

Envelopes

  • View a list of recent DocuSign envelopes on the home screen

  • See basic envelope details at a glance

  • Download and save completed DocuSign envelopes directly into Quickfire

Microsoft Graph / Exchange / Office 365

Email Search

  • Client screens search all mailboxes listed in system settings

  • Matches emails based on:

    • Email address

    • Subject content

    • Body content

Blastmail

  • Use Microsoft Graph as the primary sender for the Blastmail system

  • Send personalized campaigns and transactional emails from your own tenant

  • Maintain visibility and auditability inside your Microsoft ecosystem

LLM Whisperer

  • Supplements Quickfire’s form-reading and document-extraction capabilities

  • Improves accuracy and consistency for:

    • Supplemental app transfers

    • Proposler (Quote-to-Proposal builder)

    • Structured document parsing workflows

RingCentral

Call Logs

  • View inbound and outbound call history directly in Quickfire

  • Associate calls with clients automatically

  • (More enhancements coming soon)

Transcriptions

  • When OpenAI is enabled:

    • Calls can be transcribed automatically

    • Transcriptions feed into:

      • Recent Activity reports

      • Client Briefs

      • AI-generated summaries

SMS Texting

  • Send SMS messages to clients using the same chat panel as:

    • Staff chat

    • Web chat

Note:
Receiving SMS messages requires webhooks. This can be handled by:

  • Your own hosted relay, or

  • Quickfire Gateway (available with Quickfire Cloud — coming soon)
