Summary
EZLynx is a polarized community. Lots of people like the rater and the general ease-of-use vibe, and it’s commonly recommended for personal lines-heavy agencies. But the AMS side gets real heat from some users, especially around notes/tasks usability, workflow friction, and feeling underpowered compared to expectations. With Applied Software's recent acquisition, it seems likely the future of this software will lean towards rating and integrations.
